Privacy policy on the processing of personal data (art. 13, Reg. EU no. 679/2016/EU) by B&P AVVOCATI, the data controller responsible for your personal information.

a) Purposes and modalities of treatment
B&P AVVOCATI processes personal data only for the purpose of providing a correct and complete professional service, both judicially and extrajudicially. We use your personal information also for the following business administration and legal compliance purposes:
• To fulfil the obligations in fiscal matters;
• To comply with our legal obligations.
B&P AVVOCATI, in the execution of its mandate, can collect and treat particular categories of data, in particular data able to reveal the existence of criminal records, administrative liability of companies deriving from criminal offences, criminal charges or concerning the status of person under accusation or of accused in a criminal proceeding, as well as data likely to present specific risks such as data included in CCRs and, more in general, data concerning the financial position.
B&P AVVOCATI will process those data in full respect of the existing legislation, of the obligations of confidentiality and professional discretion and, in general, only for the purpose of ascertaining, exercising or defending a right judicially and to perform our obligations in accordance with any contract that we may have with you.

b) Legal basis
B&P AVVOCATI will process your personal data lawfully, and only in the case the treatment:
• is necessary for the implementation of the mandate or contract with you or for the execution of precontractual measures adopted upon request;
• is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;
• is based upon express consent (e.g. newsletters).

c) Modalities of treatment
Data can be treated with or without the support of electronic devices. The treatment is made by the controller and/or by those commissioned by the latter with express authorization.

d) Conferral of the data and refuse
Conferral of the data is necessary for the proper fulfilment of the obligations referred to above and failure to indicate them implies the impossibility of fulfilling the contractual obligations weighing upon us.

e) Communication of data
The personal data may be conveyed to the people responsible for their processing and may be disclosed for the purposes as of point a) to non-staff workers and, in general, to all those public and private figures which must be necessarily informed for the right fulfillment of the purposes described in point a).

f) Transfer of personal data abroad
Personal data may be transferred to countries within the European Union and to countries outside the European Union for the purposes referred to in point a).

g) Rights of the data subject
Data subjects have the right of access to their data and the right of correction or deletion of data relating to them, to object, on request and free of charge, to the processing of personal data relating to him and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Garante Privacy).

h) Duration of the processing
The data processed for the above purposes will be conserved for the duration of the contract and, afterwards:
• for further 10 years after the completion of the work with regard to paper and electronic copy;
• for further 10 years only for the electronic copy of the data;
• for further 30 years for the electronic copy of the data stored on a permanent data carrier of backup offline.
