Marina Zalin joined B&P Avvocati in 1998 and became a Partner in 2002.
She was awarded a PhD in Italian and Comparative Criminal Law from the University of Turin.
She specializes in criminal law, with a focus on offences relating to the environment, occupational health and safety and corporate management in general. At the firm she assists clients in litigation and through out-of-court advice on criminal law related to the administrative liability of legal persons (Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001), occupational health and safety and delegation systems within companies.
She has written extensively on criminal law, occupational health and safety issues, publishing numerous books and articles on major editors. She is regularly invited as a speaker at workshops and conferences on environmental criminal law, occupational health and safety.
