We have acquired specific technical expertise in various sectors, including remediation projects and techniques, the management of by-products and \u2018end-of-waste\u2019 status, and the management of excavated earth and rock, as well as of marine dredging.<\/p><p>In the field of <strong>health and safety at work and employment law<\/strong>, we handle the drafting and review of contracts, personnel management (disciplinary proceedings, issues relating to the application of collective labour agreements), occupational health surveillance, and relations with trade unions and public bodies. We also assist companies in litigation arising from accidents and occupational diseases, and in the implementation, review or management of the Health and Safety Management System and related procedures.
